المستخلص

       تناول البحث دراسة الاتجاهات الحديثة السائدة في أهم الدوريات العالمية  الجغرافية وغير الجغرافية المکتوبة باللغة الانجليزية والتي تناولت النقل وامکانية الوصول في المناطق الريفية وأثرهما على التنمية  لفترة زمنية تقترب من ربع قرن وذلک في الفترة من 1998- 2018م ، وذللک في الکثير من دول العالم المتقدم والنامي ، وذلک حتي يمکن الاستفادة منها في تطبيقات النقل وامکانية الوصول في مصر والدول العربية ، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بطرح الحلول للمشاکل التي تواجهها تنمية الشبکات النقلية التي تساهم في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في المناطق الريفية  في مصر والعالم العربي .
